How to Decline a Real Estate Agent

real estate agent license

The main role that a real estate agent tends to fulfill during their day to day routines is that of a salesman. Suffice it to say that a realtor that does not have sales skills would not be able to survive all that long out there at all, which is why they can often seem to be really insistent at the end of the day. It is important to note that while this insistence can come in handy if the realtor in question is already working for you, it can be downright annoying if they are soliciting you to hire them in the first place.

You probably have a top real estate agency in Hervey Bay in mind already and you would want to go for them instead of anyone else. In spite of the fact that this is the case, the realtor that is trying to get in touch with you would simply not care and they would wax poetic about how they are the only one that can help you, perhaps even making it seem like they are the only realtor that actually cares about what you need which obviously won’t be factual in the slightest!

A top notch realtor is never going to be so insistent, so you shouldn’t hesitate to decline them. In order to decline, the best course of action would be to just stop taking their calls. Eventually they would get the message and they would move on to other people that they would perceive to be far easier targets, and you can breathe a sigh of relief knowing that you got them off of your back at least in the short term.
